Who We Are
Our founder, Rory White, started recruiting for charities in 1997. He went on to form Flow Caritas and grew his business into a key provider of talent for in-house face-to-face operations and charity head offices.
We are proud to have been instrumental in playing a key role in many fundraising teams, including Shelter, British Red Cross, Oxfam, Barnardo’s, MSF, Scope, Children’s Society, Everychild and League Against Cruel Sports.
