Acting as the front face for donor engagement and relationship development. We work with many high calibre philanthropy professionals that we have known for over 20 years and have followed their growth and career development closely.
Many of our candidates who started in face to face fundraising 20 years ago have gone onto transfer their skills to head office philanthropy roles with enormous success.
Face-to face fundraising
Our founder, Rory White, first helped establish an in-house face-to-face (F2F) fundraising operation with ActionAid in 1997. He was immediately drawn to the energy, the people, and the impact — and to the challenge of helping charities build sustainable income through their own teams.
That experience led to the creation of a team at Flow Caritas that went on to support some of the UK’s most recognised charities in launching and scaling in-house F2F programmes.
Many of these programmes became long-term income streams and cornerstones of donor loyalty. Rory became the go-to partner for high-performing F2F talent — not only at leadership level, but for building entire teams from the ground up.
