What We Do
Taking the initial brief – we involve an experienced sector professional, for example a fundraiser or digital expert. Their understanding means we can be more consultative and ask probing questions.
Manage the advertising
Longlisting candidates
Set up and manage interviews
Coach candidates for interviews, again working with experienced sector professionals
Onboarding candidates working with a professional coach
Cost
Paid in 3 parts:
£3,000 to take the initial brief, manage advertising, talent sourcing.
£3,000 on delivery of the longlist and setting up interviews, including free coaching of all candidates to ensure you maximise your interview times.
£3,000 on successful candidate starting, this also includes a free on-boarding coach and 4 sessions over the first year.
Contingency
Less tailored approach and we are paid only on results, when a candidate starts. This is a far more reactive form of recruitment.
Cost
15% of the starting salary
Temporary and Contract Recruitment:
Hiring for short term needs or more flexibility to upsize and downsize. Generally paying hourly or daily. We manage all the contracts, so they are effectively employees of Longhouse and we also manage all the payroll and hr for the candidates.
Cost
This very much depends on the longevity and volume of recruiting and we can provide a quote following an in-depth discussion.
Interim Recruitment:
Often more experienced candidates required of a short period of time, 6-12 months for example.
